Eligibility for Refund

We offer a results-focused, performance-based refund policy designed to ensure that clients who sincerely implement our frameworks and processes receive full support and fair evaluation.

If you believe you have not achieved the desired results despite diligently following our program, you may request a review by submitting:

  • Complete implementation records
  • All required data in the prescribed format
  • Relevant business and decision-making information
  • Proof of execution of recommended strategies

These materials must be submitted on or before 11:59 PM IST on the 60th day from the date of purchase.

Upon submission, our team will conduct a detailed audit and work closely with you to help you achieve the intended outcomes. Where required, we will provide additional one-on-one support.

If, after this review and support, we are unable to help you achieve results, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

 

Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
  • No refund requests will be accepted after this period under any circumstances.
  • All refunds are subject to management review and approval.
  • Refunds are discretionary and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Payment Plans

Clients enrolled under a payment plan must complete all scheduled payments. Partial cancellations are not permitted. This policy is in place to prevent misuse and ensure program integrity.

Failure to complete payments may result in recovery proceedings through authorized agencies, and applicable charges may be levied.

 

Limitations

Refunds will not be granted in cases where:

  • Course materials were downloaded or accessed without meaningful implementation
  • Assigned tasks remain incomplete
  • Recommended strategies were not executed
  • There is insufficient proof of participation and application

In such cases, we will continue to provide support to help you achieve results but will not issue a refund.

 

Purpose of This Policy

This policy exists to encourage sincere participation and implementation of our systems. It allows clients to confidently invest in our programs, knowing that they are protected if they genuinely apply the frameworks and still do not achieve results.

It is not intended to enable short-term access to consulting or training materials followed by refund requests without meaningful engagement.

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any of our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
